Hi, Pat again. You are so amazing and the information that you have on utube is something every women should see. Two years ago I went to a therapist for my prolapse. She was great and told me what to do and what not to do, but she did recommend kegel exercises which I find not very helpful. She did the vaginal examination, but I didn’t realize that there was scar tissue present because she didn’t really say anything about this procedure. I watched your utube about the castor oil and then I realized she must have been checking the scar tissue.My first child, who is 58 now, was breech, they used forceps, and I had multiple stitches. So it safe to say that I must have some scar tissue in the vagina. I had. Knee replacement 10 months ago and when my knee is bothering me my prolapse gets worse.

Hi Pat, wow, sounds like you are connecting some dots here! The best thing we can do for our healing is to start taking ownership of our bodies and be the one who understands it. No one else will understand it better than you yourself! 🌺

Hello, I am 79 yo and was wondering if this would help me at my age. I understand taking the pressure off the pelvic floor and this looks fascinating . I have never heard of this therapy. Pat

Hi Filippa, apart from your own example, have you known others who have reversed their grade 1-2 rectocele through hypopressives? You mentioned in one of your videos that rectoceles respond the last. So what should be a realistic expectation in terms of time?

Yes! There are lots of women who have healed in this group facebook.com/groups/445563242467887/?ref=share. I would recommend to practice consistently for 6 months, you should start to feel improvement

Hi! Some instructors says that contracting the pelvic floor is necessary. I wonder if it's going to contract automatically or do I have to contract the pelvic floor like kegels?
@moonrisefilippa_en

In Hypopressives it contracts automatically, you need to focus on relaxing the pelvic floor for this to happen.

Thank you for this video. I’m curious what type of prolapse you had? I’m in Sweden too and dealing with a prolapse after birth - a rectocele. I just started learning about treatment via the internet too.

what degrees of prolapse did you have? were you able to reverse/reduce and heal all 3 or you just became symptom free? The reason I ask is because I want to have realistic expectations with this method. Thank you 🙏🏻
@moonrisefilippa_en

I am not fully sure about degrees, my guess would be cystocele grade 3, rectocele 1-2 and vault 1-2. I am asymptomatic today so yes I reversed all of them, using about 25 methods, where Hypopressives played a major part. Healing is not a straight forward journey where you check your boxes and you are done. I am still healing some of the symptoms I have from birth injuries and my guess is that some days I have a small prolapse. To me, that doesn't matter. What I have learnt from all of this is that it is my experience of life that counts, not what my vagina looks like. That being said, I will heal completely, still learning so much about my body and life.

@@moonrisefilippa_en That is a super answer, and it is the message you have conveyed to me. After not having a clue what my problem was, your videos pointed me in the right direction. I have a rectocele and since trying out various things you suggest, including Meditation!! I notice improvements and feel much better about the changes in my body. I think it's really important to take the changes on board, learn to love them and work with them to reach a point where you feel more comfortable, and just take it from there. You show us that everything is possible!! Thank you.

@@susanharrisdemorales3446 amazing, thank you for sharing Susan! Yes one of the first steps is acceptance, even if it's not there all the time in the beginning we need to be able to be present with what is, otherwise we won't be able to create change. So happy you already noticed a change! 🌺

I have 2 mild prolapse and my husband and I want to have more kids..the dr gave me ‘some’ information that kind of helped but not really. He said that having kids was fine but I’m not sure if I should now. I don’t even know how to feel. I don’t want to give up the thought of having more babies but I don’t know if it’s the wisest decision being that he said my prolapse’s could worsen after more child birth. Im trying to avoid surgery at all cost. Would you please give me your input? 🥺 as many questions as I asked the dr I still feel like he lift me hanging..
