Dr. Price you are right about that testosterone statement. I’m almost 65, and when I was in south Carolina at a relative’s funeral at age 13, there were two gentlemen in their 60’s digging the six foot whole for the coffin by hand with spades!!! Can you believe that? Men today aren’t that strong, and they did it in record time. We are getting weaker for sure.

I began investing in stocks and Def earlier this year, and it is the best choice I've ever made. My portfolio is rounding up to almost a million and I have realized that when a stock makes it to the news, chances are you're quite late to the party, the idea is to get in early on blue chips before it becomes public. There are lots of life changing opportunities in the market, and maximize it.

Fast 16 Hours A Day.. Walk 7 Miles A Day.. Proper Rest. And Do Not Entertain ANYONE OR ANYTHING ON A NEGATIVE FREQUENCY. I’m Not Perfect By Any Means..Do I Once In A While Slip Up?… Yea.. But I Race Back To Get Back On Track. Taking 💯 Percent Accountability One Day At A Time. No Excuses For Me To Go Back To Mediocre Health Status In This Age Of Information. ✌🏾❤️💡🌍

@@DystopianSimulation47vegan is lifestyle. You don't eat honey, you don't wear leather, you don't buy animal made products etc. It's more of a morality issue vs eating issue. Plant based is just about eating plants, usually for health reasons.

My husband was in the medical field and after a health scare, turned plant based and healed himself. He then left the field because he said he could no longer be part of the problem, pushing reactive temporary solutions, when food as medicine is a more proactive approach to our problems. Peace. My girl was dealing with high blood pressure for a long time. We both went plant based and in 6 weeks she completely reversed her hypertension. I dabble with fish every now and then I'm primary plant based. Love what you're teaching. Salute!

You're doing great. Instead of feeling that you've done something wrong, which you haven't, remember that we have all been set up to fail by the systems and companies that design food for profit and for shelf-life, not for human health and vitality. Yes it's challenging to adjust and let our tastebuds come back to getting as much satisfaction from real food as from processed food, but it happens if you are patient and consistent. Any time you slip, just be okay with it and keep trying. No judgement or shame or blame,...that's what the systems use to make us feel crappy. Blessings.

Eat foods that balance blood sugar. It's easy to google what those are. Foods that contain fibre. Slowly add little bits into your diet. A few tablespoons at a time if you aren't used to eating them. Beans and lentils and legumes and whole grains are incredibly filling and satisfying for many hours. Beans have something called the 'second meal effect' because they moderate your blood sugar in a really beneficial way and this directly affects the degree to which you feel hungry as well as how often. Depending on what you are doing and how much energy you are using in your days, you may just need more food, but eating diverse fibre rich foods certainly could help. Just go slow if you aren't used to a lot of fibre.

Check out Dr. Bobby's other videos on iron. They have all the answers you need, unless you have a more extreme and specific imbalance which might require a supplemental dose of iron, or other things to be addressed first. Also, Dr. Joe T.V has some really great videos on iron, what might be going on, how to get the most out of what you eat, etc. Don't lose hope. Sometimes we just need. help getting back to a healthy baseline amount, and then knowing the tips and tricks of how to make sure we are getting enough from the right sources. Check out herbs and foods that stimulate appetite. Really focus on healthy calorie dense foods. Depends on your starting physiology and your 'why' for gaining weight. It's a nuanced conversations that might have many factors at play. I hope you find some answers.

If you don't mind, i will answer on Dr. Bobby's behalf with what i'm pretty sure he would tell you. If you are juicing fruit, then yes, you will be concentrating the sugars and removing the fibres, causing your blood sugar to spike. If you are juicing veggies you won't have the same problem. You are still losing the fibre if you juice veggies, but you will be getting the vitamins, minerals and beautiful plant compounds, and you won't be troubling your blood sugar. So stick to whole fruits or smoothies using whole fruits, and take your time consuming them. Try to think about how much time it would take you to eat the same amount of fruit and then drink your smoothie over that amount of time. Hope that helps.

I doubt he has the time or ability to do that these days, if ever. I'm sure he would want to and that's why he is releasing so much wonderful content for free, but of course can't address every possible issue. I would check out Dr. Baxter Montgomery and the clinic he is running. Maybe they can connect you with someone you can see. Don't give up and keep asking around. I know you will find someone.
