I am in awe of your STUNNING organic beauty! I completely agree with you as well. I'm a lifelong natural (short hair now) and have been stopped in the streets about my hair my entire life. The truth is, I've been genetically blessed with healthy hair and skin. However, I'm well aware that isn't the whole of it. I take care of myself and am very careful about what I put into my body. Water and raw vegetables are a huge part of my diet. I can't eat without living vegetables on my plate. I am indeed a carnivore, but I eat vegetables every meal. I live a low carb lifestyle. I don't eat anything white (sugar, cornstarch, flour, potatoes, pasta, bread, etc). My diet is mainly meat, fish, eggs, vegetables, seeds/nuts, healthy fats like avocado, and berries/cherries/stonefruit/citrus. I know my hair and skin flourishes because of my diet. Doesn't matter what products you buy, if you don't take care of yourself internally, your hair and skin will suffer. I've worn makeup a handful of times in my life. Water and spinach is my foundation 😂

God bless you. You're very honest. The only way is the inside-out approach. However, most African women have been conditioned to invest money in hair products and extensions only at the expense of their health. Most women craving for healthy hair and skin don't even eat well. They don't care about what they consume.

Thank you for this amazing video. I actually took notes. Since 2021, I have undergone several surgeries requiring that I be put to sleep for lengthy periods of times. I have lost a great deal of my hair as well as over 100 lbs of body weight. I try to eat healthy and my PCP has given me med to boost my appetite. When i eat, I end up wit loose bowels which i will discuss with my PCP in 7 days. I was so weak on 6/4 that i passed out and fx my femur. I now have a perm rod and six screws. I had bilateral knee replacements in 2004. At 72 my knees were still very good. My left knee is know causing problems. I will have the Ortho address that in my next visit, as this is anoying.. i would love to get a handle on my hair issue. Thank you in advance for any help you are able to extend.

molasses and dates can increase your iron level significantly. If you take iron supplements never take them with dairy or protein (meat) this reduces the absorption of your iron so do separately. Always have and orange after this helps the body to absorb more iron.
