STEP BY STEP
This is a full day of meals, snacks, and drinks.
I didn't start this healthy eating for weight loss but it's definitely an added bonus.
Today is a delicious combination of Chicken, veggies, fruits, and drinks.
If someone had told me even a month ago that I would have to give up my favorite foods I would have laughed. No bacon, potatoes, cheese, cake, pie, biscuits, or cornbread!
Well, I'm not laughing now and even though this is really tough I'm doing very well.
At the beginning of the chicken dinner, I did use 2 tablespoons of olive oil. I halved 1 chicken breast then sliced that in half as well, making 4 flat fillets. I cooked them 5 minutes each side. 2 thin fillets are one serving. Then in that same pan I added water to cook the vegetables each time I added a vegetable.
Lettuce, spinach, hard boiled eggs, apples, bananas, avocados, lemon, salad dressing, carrots, bell peppers, green onion, red onion, chicken breasts, lemon water, walnuts, cashews, coffee, turmeric powder, onion powder, garlic powder, sea salt, black pepper, honey, maple syrup.
