You’re absolutely right about eggs yolks, especially regarding their benefit to our health. They are incredibly beneficial to our neurological system. My cardiologist, Dr. Nadir Mir Ali promotes the positive benefit of eggs and cholesterol in general. I also have a friend who’s a physical rehabilitation physician who also has a PHD in neurochemistry and biochemistry and emphasizes the importance of cholesterol especially from eggs. There’s an actual stroke protocol that utilizes cholesterol as an important tool to create neurogenesis. Eggs yolks are nutrient dense overall. They’re definitely not the bad guy. Lately I’ve been eating more eggs in my carnivore diet. I find them easier to consume lately. Hey I’m also a carnivore musician. You’re a brilliant pianist! Much respect.

hey Bella and Simba, thank you for that farm tour that was just so nice. I really liked seeing that chicken house that gets moved around the pasture, that is genius on the farmers part. I don't farm but I would do that if I had chickens. Maybe some day you and sbg can get a small farm and have eggs and goats. love your content, it helps me a lot in the way I eat. I am keto/carnivore 18 months in, and that for me is proteins, butter and a few vegs along the way, milk yogurt and cheese too. A good balance and one to two meals a day for me. 68 and going strong, weight and blood work great.

I didn’t loose weight until eating PLENTY of eggs on a carnivore diet. The cooked meat always got me feeling constipated and sick. Eggs don’t do that for me and I realized raw salmon and raw meat also don’t do that. I believe it’s because of the structure of the protein when heated. I have 10 eggs with butter in the morning now and try to go with this food over an entire day. When I started doing this I immediately started loosing weight so fast! 2,8kg in 2 days😮

Please consider using a harness for Simba. Bella! Hey, how ya doin? I gotta try those duck eggs. Carnivore is VERY affordable. Here's a short list of things I don't have to buy anymore... All veggies, all fruits, berries, all breads/buns/begals, muffins...etc, nuts, cheese, cereals, grains, rice, noodles, canned foods, cooking oils, ice cream, cookies, pie, cake, chocolate, candy, fast food, soft drinks, jellies, peanut butter, yogurt, jello, condiments-Mayo, Ketsup ... etc, on and on, to name a few. This adds up to hundreds of dollars a month. I can afford all the meat I want now. Those eggs look so yummy!!! I may have to have some more tonight. 😂 When you said, Do you think I can eat 23 eggs? I LOL'd and I'm like "No Problem!" I love your delayed yolk method and do it almost every time now. See you in the SBGang. 👋

We've had a few sunny days, but the temperature in the shade has stayed around 0 for about 3 weeks, which is neither winter not spring. I eat about 6-7 eggs per day. It's not worth bothering with fewer eggs, except when adding them to ground meat to stretch and contain some of the fat. When it is a staple food now, and not an additive, I can only afford cheap eggs. Nice butter. Many butters are white in the cold season with more long chain acids when the cows eat indoors. Our meat is still packaged in pounds but costs only €3 and butter is €2.7/lb. Tallow is dirt cheap sold for dog feed on order, but hard to handle and smells like a farm; it's best mixed with low melting point fat. Scrambled eggs are the quickest to make and make less splatter. Under a lid the dropping consensation makes a hell and usually explodes the yolks. With this many eggs, one can afford to lose some nutrients by cooking the yolk. Amazing that you don't gain weight by eating so much, energy dense foods.
