Many people are saying that Liz changed their life, and yes, she helped. But what you are missing, is that YOU changed your life by watching Liz videos and allowing them to change your perspective. A lot of people don’t watch her videos because they’re not ready to change, or watch them but they don’t have your consciousness level to grasp the meaning of it. YOU DID THAT. YOU changed your life. Took some notes for you! Added some I hope you don't mind :) -Have "it is what is it" mentality -Puts you in a neutral position where you can think of a solution to your problems -What can you control now? -You can control how a person made you feel -You can control how you eat, how do you spend your time or how do you move your body -Try something new for thirty days and stick to it -If you succed, you will find out you can be consistent on even bigger things -Go to social places -Helps you get rid of shyness and makes you use to going outside and communicating with other people -Sometimes, the negativity is in the space you're always in. Spending too much time in your room creates negativity that you sometimes need to get out of there. There are many people waiting to meet you outside of your house. -Nobody cares about you -People sometimes can't process their own life and yours too. They're focused on their problems, and not yours. -When you fail or succeed, everybody is just going to continue with their own life -Realize that you're the problem -Do a reality check -You have to learn to communicate and deal with other people -You get what you focus on -Always believe you can do it -Everything was created in the mind first -Your mind is powerful -Learn about healing your gut -It's okay to do things differently but at least do something -For the next thirty days spend 1 hour of the day to do something wisely -Get moving at least for 30 minutes a day -Journal to heal and get to know yourself -Write journal questions or shadow work questions. It helps you realize what is going on in your life, are you actually okay? -Don't waste your potential -Always try and believe that you can do it and that you deserve it Hope it helped :D

You'll feel energised and it will boost your self esteem. Trust me it works. I now meditate 3 times daily, go to gym, decluttered my life, rised my self worth, learn and implement LOA, affirmations, visualizations, my depression and anxiety are basically gone. Her videos started a true revolution in my life. I am so deeply grateful beyond words.

Which video? Can you tell me more about how you overcome your depression and anxiety please? Because I've been dealing with both and I went to a psychiatrist but it didn't help. I don't want the meds, I need a new environment, new lifestyle, and mindset. But it's hard to be consistent when I do all of this alone. @@rosie2879 As others have said here, watch all of them! I also highly suggest doing what Liz suggests in one of her videos: making a short video with pictures that represent what you want. Then you put an affirmation on top of the picture, and record it with your voice. She explains how to do this. I think what helped me most with depression and anxiety is the meditation (I personally do Joe Dispenza's guided meditations and binaural theta waves). There are lots of studies that show that meditation can be extremely effective for calming your mind. I also acquired the attitude of being in charge of my life. People hate you because YOU ARE NOW FINALLY UTILISING YOUR TRUE POTENTIAL and they hate to see you grow because now YOU KNOW YOUR DAMN WORTH and now this version of you doesn't tolerate any bullshit and they hate to see you evolving because they know that this way no one can stop you from achieving success in your life. People hate you because they see the potential within you that they don't have so hatered is the only projection they can do on these special kinda people. the "do things differently but do something" part really got to me. diagnosed with borderline (and a chronic illness that affects my physical performance) can really fuck with your perspective in life. there is no grey zone in which you do ok. it's either a very good day or a very bad day. in my case I always struggled with "keeping up" with others and their comments about my lifestyle since I can't run a marathon, workout 5 days a week, stay in a calorie def or work overtime like everyone else around me etc... which let me spiral down into "I'm bad at life" mentality. I was listening to a podcast that said, “it’s important to live life by design rather than emotion. Basically, sticking to a routine is what allows us to be the healthiest version of ourselves (especially when you're fighting these demons ex. OCD for me). I made the most productive+lasting changes in my life when I began practising mediocre consistency. Now I try to put in consistent 40-60% effort into my habits despite motivation (ex. Studying) - to make sure I do it I began recording it and posting it on my youtube channel. Like you said in the video, historically I have a habit of not changing, not being able to sustain efforts to change, giving up and hating myself. So now I’m trying to give a small-ish, consistent mediocre effort everyday. And its crazy how it adds up.

After struggling with anorexia nervosa for a good chunk of my life, during quarantine I finally broke down and gained about 60 pounds. For a long time I just closed up in shame, hiding my body and refusing to get out of the house, then I kinda accepted that I was still me even tho I looked different and tried to get back out there, trying to accept my new body but deep down still hating myself. Now I'm even trying to get back to feeling pretty and beautiful by looking for clothes that fit me well and make me feel good after two years of baggy ill fitting clothes, but it's still hard to really feel confident because I know that to really feel like the best version of myself I need to build healthy habits and overall take care of myself more. It's so hard to get my ass up and start the change because change is uncomfortable, but your videos really make me feel like not all hope is lost and like I could find that determination in me to start a healthier life

I recovered from anorexia nervous for more than a year now and I KNOW the pain and how often I used to compare myself to other people. I felt like I had to disconnect from social media because of how many people pretend to be something they are not, it was too much… I’m here to tell you that you will get through this and it DOES get better!!! But it’s more than that, appreciate how beautiful your body is, because you deserve to! You are beautiful both inside and out and if anyone tells you otherwise, walk away. Your body is not negotiable and you are perfect as you are. Lol idk I just felt like saying all this because I know what it feels like to lose so many pounds, puke and try to starve and just suffer in silence. But you are here and you got this!

thank you for reminding us that the gut is just as important as our minds - usually i love making homemade healthy meals but i've had a tough time recently due to stress, which led to eating a lot of processed/packaged meals because i felt too awful to cook. this video snapped me out of that mindset and i've purchased fresh vegetables again for the first time in 2 weeks, making simple things like salads and noodle soups ♥ as always, you are such a blessing liz!!

I feel like working on self-awareness in every aspect of your life is like putting the foundations for the best life you're going to live. You shouldn't judge yourself for things that you see as flaws because they're not. Flaws and praises are social constructs that never helped you becoming a better version because they simply don't work on a deep personal level. When you're reflecting and just thinking about your choices and situations, you can't figure out what to do because you're applying some conception you have for the outward, for something that it's purely inward. Your soul is not meant to be judged. You don't need to be harsh on yourself to change, you need to accept that you did some things and that you are a certain way and come to terms with what you can do to be better (according to the person you want to become) and fill the gap. Your soul doesn't care if you fail an exam, other people will and their assumptions about you is making you feel bad. But it just doesn't matter. YOU should matter, do it for you and acknowledge that if you are the problem, you are also the solution. Put yourself first, and people who are meant to enrich your life, will follow. Bless you everyone, good luck

3 months ago, I was watching Liz's videos and it inspired me to go on a journey to not only improve my mental and physical health but also to boost my confidence. I started working out CONSISTENTLY, started taking care of my skin, and developing a healthier relationship with food. I am now so much more comfortable with my own skin and I feel so proud of myself for continuing this journey. I am far from done but just knowing that I have been working towards this goal for 3 months makes me feel so much better about myself. It is reassuring to know that I CAN accomplish what I set my mind to. Every morning is hard to push myself to exercise and it's hard to not want to binge on junk food all the time but I know that by disciplining myself, I will only move closer towards my goal. Thank you Liz for your inspirational videos, they have helped me enormously.

Because of her knowledge I have changed my life. Once she said in her video ‘People come up to me saying that I have changed their life’ and she said then that they have changed their own life she didnt do anything she just makes videos that you can watch 10,000 times until you take the action to change your life so I’m going to give credit to her and to myself because I took the action to change my own life she didnt do anything she only provides advice that I obtain so I can take the steps to achieve my goals I’m the one taking the action she cant take the action for me. So thank you Liz for giving me knowledge that will stick to my subconscious that will then subconsciously lead me to my goals ❤❤
