12:30 okay, what? Did this bimbo really talk about hooking up with another man in front of this other guy? I legit lost all respect for this little worm person. The fact that he would allow his woman to talk about something like that, let alone be with someone that would say something like that or even has a past, is a massive red flag and pretty much nullifies all this dude's advice. I was like 15-20 pounds overweight didn’t give much of a fuck pounding beer every weekend crushing McDonald’s like 3-4 times a week. I went to the gym but looked like a hot mess. I’m down about 25 pounds since then and my face looks so much better I took care of the acne and lost fat off my face and does it make a difference, my confidence is definitely higher so for anyone watching this that was in the position I was in take your health seriously.

9:08 this is whyi don't really listen to fitness advice from people who start skinny. as someone who lost over 100 lbs, i can tell you right now, lifting weights and building muscle is gonna be probably the single most valuable thing, after diet, for long term consistent fat loss. muscle mass increases resting metabolism massively... aside from that, being big puts you in an advantage... you're already big and strong, especially in your lowerbody from years of carrying all that excess weight... you're already eating in a surplus and have massive energy stores so you can even build muscle in a deficit. if you're starting out fat, you're starting out with a massive advantage for building muscle and strength... you'll also look much better when you do eventually cut, cuz you have some lean mass to cut down to... as opposed to HTB's advice of cutting first, which will just make you a smaller, weaker and still round blobby version of yourself. like why cut and lose all that weight in a deficit, only to bulk up in a surplus again? there's no point..... literal waste of time bro.

Doing poorly with women and dating when you're unattractive, unconfident or shy is depressing. But it absolutely pales in comparison to the level of depression you'll experience when you've dedicated years of your life and thousands of hours to getting into crazy good shape, developing good posture, building confidence, unleashing your charisma, and attaining a fun, outgoing personality...only to still somehow get rejection and disinterest from every girl you're interested in. I realize that only a fraction of men whom the universe truly hates will have these results. But if you're one of them, the level of depression you'll experience is hard to describe. Just a warning for my fellow men who are in that tiny percentage of guys who are utterly despised by the universe and can't get results no matter what you do or obtain.

The acne was a big one for me, as a male. Nothing ever worked: cutting out dairy, managing stress, cutting refined carbs/eating mostly veggies, sleeping more, different acne treatments, etc. It really affected my self esteem, even after being married and into my late 30s. Whenever I had even just one zit, I would always avoid eye contact and social situations. It wasnt until I got into Accutane that my life did a 180. I know it can have a lot of side effects, but luckily for me only have dry skin and lips. I never had a zit ever again after taking it. It's a miracle drug. Bonus thing too is it completely eliminated my oily skin, which was another thing I was self conscious about. Now I can talk to anyone and make constant eye contact, and I feel happy to go out and talk to people again. My advice for anyone suffering from acne is if nothing else works, give Accutane a shot.

*The fashion advice section is lacking.* If I see a guy wear only the same neutrals, I'll think "that's someone who doesn't know how to dress," not "wow, he's really well put together." Instead of getting rid of everything you own that's not burglar attire, I'd suggest taking out a color wheel and figuring out where you stand, then getting clothes in the tones that match your season, which will make you look much more visually striking than white or black t-shirts. And BTW, black is a color that can only be worn by men in three contexts: as part of a uniform, at a black tie event, and at a funeral; don't be walking around like a goth that's allergic to make-up.

I don’t find your current look attractive at all. I worry that these kinds of videos are prescribing a certain version of reality that is subjective to guys who are blindly following it because they are clueless about what women actually like. Obviously all women are different, and it’s not a one size fits all prescription. A guy I fancied got a similar haircut to your current one and it made him unrecognizable. Solid advice besides the skin care. I get it tiege Hanley is paying you. But it does not clear acne. I’ve had acne for 22 years. I’ve tried proactive, different diets even two rounds of Accutane and I still have it. And I take better care of my skin than 99% of men out there and I still break out. So if people wanna look down on me for that, screw them. A lot of men and women think they’re taking great care of their skin when in reality, they just genetically have clear skin. Most Everybody breaks out in their teens and college years. But when you’re in your late 20s or 30s, you can’t Credit tiege Henley for that. To not take a girl or guy home because she has a little bit of a blemish (David’s words) says a lot about a person.
@Daniel-bs8wv

Agree with this comment. Good video, but I think the topic of skincare deserves more nuance for some people. Sometimes your genetics make you more prone to chronic skin issues (including acne), so achieving a completely clear complexion isn't realistic, even when implementing lifestyle changes. I think doing what is within your ability to improve your skin is important for your self-esteem, but beyond that, you have to learn to embrace what you have - flaws included. If a person doesn't like you, they're going to find reasons to write you off, skin problems or not.
