Good tutorial and right to the point. Without all that flying logo stuff. To listen to what was recorded, even though I bring the volume ALL the way up, the Canon 90D still does not produce much volume. Maybe they will fix that in the 100D someday. But at least I can hear something now. Thanks!

The settings you don't really need microphone settings do you unless you're filming a band? I was so mad when I bought the d5000 and it does 5 minute videos I called them up and I was b****** did no good but I was bitching. Now I do my research. Can't you have a wireless mic to this and a Lovelier mic? I have used the Audio Technica mic to film bands. It worked amazing cuz I can turn it way down on the volume so you don't get that stupid noise when the band is that loud. I could not believe how great the sound was when I filmed at the Lilac Festival in Rochester wasn't such a good film but it was amazing sound of the Get the Lead Out man they were good. I set the mic when they're playing a song. Thank God it has a mic setting

@brettgaramella
3 жыл бұрын
I would just set it up and talk into the mic like the real recording to check your levels. I would also recommend using 2 mics so you have a second audio just in case something happens to one of them. There is a lav mic coming out next year called the Zoom F2, which automatically adjusts the gain levels so you don't even have to worry about the audio levels. I haven't tried it yet, but it looks very promising.
