Hello what am I doing wrong if it’s going up and down on my calf muscle? Like it starts around my achilles and it goes up to my calf muscle and down when my leg goes back into neutral/stretched position

You may need to adjust how high or low you are on the bench. Making sure your hips are in the proper place! Also check the adjustment by your ankles. You may need to play around with different adjustments to see which works best for you!

Thank you vm. The one at my gym was just a downward slope instead of a zigzag pattern
