Hello everyone and welcome back to my channel for another bake, this time I'm baking some wholemeal cheese and chive scones.
This bake is a great savoury treat and consists of a lovely nutty wholemeal scone, a hint of chive with a intense flavour of extra-mature cheddar and parmesan cheese... yum!
These treats are perfect for a tasty lunch and best served warm with a spread of butter.
This mix make around 9 - 13 Scones depending on size
Ingredients :
• 450g Wholemeal Flour
• 450g Self-raising Flour
• 250g Salted Butter
• 200g Extra-mature Cheddar (Grate yourself)
• 20g Chopped Chives
• 50g Plain Flour (rolling out Scones)
• One pint Milk
• 50g Parmesan Cheese
• pinch of Salt

• Baking Tray
• 3-3 Inch cutter
