I just sold a property in Portland and I'm thinking to put the cash in stocks, I know everyone is saying its ripe enough, but Is this a good time to buy stocks? How long until a full recovery? How are other people in the same market raking in over $450k gains with months, I'm really just confused at this point...

diversifying your investments is the safest way to handle it. One way to lessen the effects of a market crisis is to distribute investments over a variety of asset classes,'; such as international equities, bonds, and real estate. It's critical to look for expert advice.

Early saving and investing money creates compounds growth, it's a beautiful thing. But it takes focus and discipline. You need to be focused enough to commit to a plan and a process. I’m a dividend investor, my wife and I have invested in the s&p500, both through my TSP with the government and through fidelity in her 401-k. Cashed out 370k from the S&P and invested with a full service broker.. Until about 3years ago we were 100% in the s&p after over 30 years. I’m retiring at the end of the month at 59, while my wife will retire next year at 54. We currently have 5.7 million in our tex deferred savings.

And another example in comparison to paying a mortgage, if I started with 1,000 and put in 1,000 every month for 30 years my estimated return would be almost 1.6 million with 361,000 invested. With a 720 credit score and 20% down $1,000/month would only get me a 200k house and after 30 years all I would have if the value of that house. Unless it appreciated substantially. Paying 1k a month into this literally make more financial sense than buying a personal home and financing for 30 years. 🤯
