Want to bench 600lbs? Eat well and often. Sleep well and often. Train well and often. Consistency is king. Also, for the vast majority of people to achieve 600lbs - PEDs. But that doesn't take away from the above commitment.

My own list: 1) Genetics. Not everyone is built for lifting 600 lbs bench press. If you are one that nature gave this gift? Good for you. 2) Years of consistent training. It takes time to develop strength and strengthen the ligaments and joints to handle such weights. 3) Focus on technique. When pushing your upper limits, the small details is important. You need to improve your technique. Period. 4) Steroids. Very few people (even with good genetics) will be even near a 600 lbs bench. Let's just admit it. PEDs are part of the game.

Terrific video. Great tips from experienced competitors. Sleep. So overlooked. Something I WISHED I could do but won't be possible to get so many hours of uninterrupted sleep living in a condo. :) Especially having upstairs neighbours who are up till 4 am. :P Not always noisy. But once in a while. Hitting the sack from 11 pm to 7 am?? Not even sure I could sleep 8 hours even if I knew I could have dead silence during those hours. And I find it sort of amazing a lot of top level lifters/fitness people/bodybuilders live where they can get 8 hours :) If I can get 6-7 hours uninterrupted I'd be happy. :)

You actually have to slow down when on gear I dont take it personally, but the only dudes I know with pec tears were ego lifting on stuff. I admire dudes that juice because I'm too chicken shit. Jon Goerig then I don’t see why you hate, you know the genetic potential for a natural but not a steroid user so why comment? For a steroid user who is strong naturally like you, 405 would be the most you’d get on a good day tops. You need to program and sleep and eat well just like mentioned above. 600 is not obtainable even on all the steroids name you mentioned it’s a combination of genetics, programming, sleep, eat. You’re welcomed to try it yourself.

To be fair if this was bench 500 it would be reasonable a lot of people with steroids I doubt most people can even get to 500 do to joints not to mention they just don't have it in them genetically . 1.But at 600 first its good genetics 2.Steroids mostly likely even with them 3.Hardwork In that order you can forget the 2 and 3 if u don't have 1 for a 600 pound bench but 500 I can see above average genetics doing it not even great good genetics could very likely hit 500 even without steroids .

Alright let’s face it. No matter how many steroids we take MOST of us will never reach 600. It’s just not that genetically common in this era. I’m 19, 250lbs and only hitting 355 raw and I know 600 will never be reached. But I can certainly try and I believe I can hit 400 and POSSIBLY 500 in my lifetime. For all of us who aren’t so gifted it’s gonna take dieting (which you can tell I already failed being 250) training, consistency, recovery and commitment. We might never hit 600 but we can damn near try
@benolielandria2604
6 жыл бұрын
you can reach 600, it depends on your genetic. If you take steroid for several years you can make unbelievable progress. Start with a basic 250 test e and deca for 10 week (plus 20mg dbol the first 4 week). You can add 50lbs to your bpress easily. Take a 4 week break, do a pct, start a new cycle with 500 test and deca, 30 mg dbol as kickstart. Add another 50 lbs to your bench press. Rest + pct. New cycle 750 test deca, 50 mg dbol as a kick start, rest + pct. Add 50lbs again to your bpress. So i basicaly sum up a year on steroid. For the next coming cycle don't increase test, just add tren and switch from dbol to adrol. Repeat again and again. Steroid are everything, the rest is the usual bullshit used by the supplement industry. World class powerlifter are taking gram's of test e.w, 200mg of oral a day is not uncommon, plus nasty cocktail of tne, cheque drop, tren base the week before the meet. They are junkie, yes.
