For a jpen player this technique is even more crucial and deadly, i wonder why there are no more penholder player from korea in their national team 😢😢

That works with all the penhold grips? I mean xu xin, Wang hao also blocked like this?

Nope, they use RPB mostly.

Ma Lin used to mix it up between using the forehand and backhand side - watch some of his old match videos and you'll see what I mean. Most modern penholders are reversing most of the time, however the forehand side for blocks is still useful if you get tucked up, or you're playing a chopper. I play a low standard of local league TT so I mix it up because I play against a lot of weird techniques, and people who play slowly with pips. Against these guys you can't always force the pace with the RPB loop or drive.

Just draw the face of the bat across the ball to create a bit of side spin and angle it where you want it to go.
