Glad this is still up. This is easily the cleanest DIY swing blade sawmill I've seen. Thanks for the hard work.

yes fully adjustable. either by turning one side rod and not he other for horizontal viewed from the front. by shimming one swing bearing for horizontal viewed from the side. by sliding one swing bearing in elongated holes for yaw and by sliding the shaft up or down on the g/box output shaft for adjusting the cut.

Hi ray. All of that info is in the comments somewhere. But a friend of mine in the states bought some gboxes on U.S. eBay. Have fun with the build. Troopy

Hi mark. Sorry for the delay in responding to your question. What exactly would you like to see?

Very nice. Would love to see a break down on how you assembled the swing mechanism. Is it all belt and pully? Good job!!

Hi. I live in New Hampshire and I have an old lane sawmill. I was looking thru sawmills and stumbled onto swing saw sawmills and was very interested. When I was looking thru I found your video. I would like to build one myself and could you help me out by telling me where I can get the gear box and the sawblade and hub. Thank You
