*Please DO NOT go on pointe without the permission of your ballet teacher. It is important to be taught the correct technique on pointe in a ballet class with your teacher to work the correct muscles and avoid injury. Once you have started dancing on pointe in your ballet classes then you can supplement with at home exercises like these.
