Hello friends! Today I'm sharing something incredibly personal to me, but something that really affects my life day to day - learning to function and keep a tidy home while having ADHD. ADHD tends to affect everything I do in the home, from my focus on tasks to my ability to initiate a task in the first place, to being overstimulated by clutter and overwhelmed by everything that needs to be done.
I don't need advice in this video, but I do hope it helps some of you to realize you're not alone, even if you don't struggle with ADHD and all the ways it can impair homemaking. I've found that understanding more about my brain has massively helped me figure out HOW to make a routine that actually works, and how to give myself bit of grace when things don't stick.
