Ingredients:
1 1/2 kilo of Beef Innards (intestines, heart, tripe, kidney, spleen)
1 cup of Beef Bile
1 pack of Knorr Tamarind Soup Powder
10 pieces of Green Chili
6 cloves of Garlic
1 piece of Onion
1 piece of Ginger (medium)
1 tbsp of Rock Salt
1 tbsp of Rosemary
1/2 tbsp Black Pepper
Procedure:
*Wash the beef innards
*Heat the pot and put the beef innards
*Add enough water to cover the beef innards
*Blanch for 15 minutes to remove the scums
*After 15 minutes
*Set aside and wash again the beef innards
*Prepare to cut into small pieces
*Heat the pot and add enough oil
*Add 6 cloves minced Garlic
*Add 1 piece chopped Ginger (medium)
*Add 1 piece chopped Onion
*Saute
*Add the beef innards
*Add 1 tbsp of Black Pepper
*Stir
*Cover for 5 minutes
*After 5 minutes
*Add 1 liter of water
*Simmer for 30 minutes
*After 30 minutes
*Add 1 tbsp of Rosemary
*Add additional 1 liter of water
*Add 1 tbsp of Rock Salt
*Add 10 pieces of Green Chili
*Add 1 cup of Beef Bile (according to your taste)
*Cover again for 30 minutes
*After 30 minutes
*Add 1 pack of Knorr Tamarind Soup Powder
*Stir to mix all the ingredients
*Your SINANGLAW is ready to eat
*Transfer to a serving bowl
*Serve and enjoy your SINANGLAW!!
