Never do this on door hinge. Nothing sharp! This can and eventually will rip elastic and you'll get whipped. Buy resistance band door anchor. It's designed to be closed in door for this exact purpose. $5 on Amazon.

@@tristanwashington3214 you can get the door hinge attachment which is a simple plastic piece that sits on top of the hinge for those that are concerned about the band breaking.

Nice i ruined my door and so my parents are like ok u gotta stop ruining the door frame lmao. This helps thanks. Hopefully the results are similar. Im not sure how to go on weight but ill start off low. Hope i dont become a viral video where the band coming flying smacking me in the face.

Alexis Navarro 100%. You can get a thicker and stronger band for more resistance and more further away for more tension. Doing negatives on the pull up bar will also get you stronger and build grip strength on a bar.

With my undersun bands,I do a even more modified version where I will bend over like doing a good morning but even bent over more,I have my feet really wide apart and knees slightly bendt for balance and stabilization and I will do one arm at a time,because doing 2 I still go off balance because I'm going really heavy.I will do sets of 15 down to 8 all the way to failure.Talk about feeling the burn and how hard the workout is...Dam! I train with bands as if I was weight training.I never believed bands could help you grow muscle until I gave into it.No bullshit you will get great results if you train hard enough.The muscles only knows resistance it doesn't matter if it's a weight,band,or Elephant.

I blew my left shoulder out rolling in Jiu Jitsu. I went from being able to do 20 good form pullups to none, to about 10 with good form. I've been building back up with the bands but my shoulder may never be the same again ha 🤷♂️

Lazy Daze I’ve actually done a lot of damage rolling so I know it’s super frustrating. Any surgery? If found that all my focus needs to be on scapular retraction during the movements.

Yes and no.. I signed up for Beachbody on demand and I think it automatically enrolled me with a coach but, we haven’t started working together

They make plastic covers for the hinges but a simple towels works just as well.
