I'm not a pro but the Lateral raises part seems not right for me, raising above the shoulder seems increase the pressure on shoulder and increase the potential risk of hurting shoulder. Not sure. Anyone could answer this for me? Great thanks!

I'm an introvert and I don't like going to the gym because I don't like the smell also the noises. Thanks to your videos I can workout in a more pleasant environment ( back at my garden ) with a meditation music and still get in shape. Also I really like the way you support more natural take to work out exercises and not promoting or selling proteins and functional foods on the website ( in my opinion we should take natural food and have a balance diet instead of taking whey ect. to our body ). Most exercise videos on KZitem are like yours... young, strong and healthy with bodies that won't quit. I like the resistance bands with handles and Kettle bells for weight training. Also, I never eat food, use protein or drink supplements after workouts. I have found that eating enough protein during the day, proper long stretches after a brutal work out, a cup of green tea and oolong tea have helped with recovery or any soreness.

After 3 months I again started workout , I wanted to do everything properly so I searched and searched and found this channel. I did everything thing to get back in shape and in 3 weeks my six pack abs were now visible, I was again able to do handstand, pistol squats, and explosive pushups. Why I only watch Chris's video is because he not tells what to do, but also the right way, advantages disadvantages and he also keeps motivating. Thanks Chris as always love the content. Just a couple of ideas for a video if you guys have time. 1. Something on rest time; like the difference between rest in a strength building, rep building, and fat burning. 2. Some workout that is rep building focused, like the workouts in the thenx app and just some more explanation. 3. Something about flexibility, how to increase it; for like l sits and toes to bar. I love resistance bands, I sometimes bring mine to work if I am sitting around too much so I can do bicep curls.

@@mattc4266 how would I be able to do a face pull at work if my job requires sitting down in front of a computer? I feel like I would need to be at a gym or near a sign outside to get into a position to do a face pull.
