Awesome video! I definitely needed this, form/bad form and breathing are so important, so thanks for taking the time to explain them. For me, I'm going to try building up strength from the knee push ups and work up to the full toe push ups. I love you and your channel!

Hi I just wanted to say this is the first time I properly could do a push up Lol I just did one and with my feet up but I had not even hope before lol I'm so thankful. I guess if I do this every day my skinny arms will support my weight one day. 😁

Does anyone have tips on how to do push ups especially after a wrist injury... I can do more then 20 push ups on my knees but not a single one with a regular push up form cos the pain is excruciating! 😔

Does anyone ever show up to bmt not being able to do any pushups at all? What happened to those peopl? Do they end up passing their final test or do they all flunk out?

Tiffany Barbaud yes, people do show up not being able to do a push up. They get extra Pt to try and help them but also people in your flight will try to help too. If you fail you get the chance to keep going but there comes a point where if you fail too many times then you’re kicked out
