Alright here is a quick tutorial on how to hit a front double bi. Now 2 of the most common mistakes I see are 1 not turning your wrists far enough back, and 2 not properly engaging your lats. So for the first, instead of just thinking of flexing your arms, try pointing your thumbs as far back as possible to supinate your forearms and really bring out your bicep peak. For the second, as opposed to just lifting your arms straight up and as high as possible, start by depressing your shoulders then tilt your elbows slightly forward and slightly up while simultaneously leaning back and flaring your lats. This will bring your arms forward and your chest back giving the illusion that your arms are bigger than they actually are.
