Yeah man. When I was a kid I used to load up like 10 bags per hand and make it in one trip. Love the grocery carry lol

Try walking slow and pausing at the end for 10-15 seconds. Great to implement fast carries as well as slower heavier ones:)

Definitely too much weight dude. You're supposed to hold also the shoulders/traps for good posture and not only make it about your sole grip strenght

Update… this video inspired me to start farmer Carrie’s and I’m easily walking around with 365 hope to get up to 405 for about 30sec walk

False. It’s for grip strength and the traps which grow from the extreme weighted stretch. You do this and your traps with be more sore than they’ve ever been in your life
