if I had a 370z that's how I'd like it to be dialied in. No need for stanced wheels with camber or rolled fenders I find a modified Z like yours is unique on its own.

Nice setup and a good explanation of how to adjust the coilovers, especially the preload part ;) The 295 tires should definitely not rub, when you get them installed. I don't hope the new tires will be too much stretched on the wheels, when they are mounted as 30mm is quite a difference in width.

Thanks Magnus, I'm glad you liked it!! I'm really hoping I can get the same kind of fitment that I have in the front for my rears. I should be able to get the car to handle a bit better to since there won't be so much meat in the rear.

Gonna be running 20's. I've got 265/35R20's in the front, and 325/30R20's in the rear. I will be changing up the rear tire size soon to 295/30R20s with a stickier compound. The 180's are pretty good, but I would like it to be grippier 😁

Rather then driving the wrong car ( :) jk) awesome video. I allow my self to add : every time you change height you chamge the geometry of the suspension so also camber and toe. Now small adjustment(5-8mm) doesn't do much but i would suggest to make an alignment after a ride height change. Omce again. Great stuff. And buy a mustang lol stuffAlessandro

@milanmastracci

I did not. If you really want to slam your car, you will need to remove them so you can go lower, but if you're just going a healthy amount of low, it isn't necessary

Can we make our rear shocks smooth or stiff? Actually i have installed new shocks they are not OEM they are company fitted ones so can i adjust smoothness of it?
@milanmastracci
6 жыл бұрын
If they are OE shocks that do not have dampening / rebound adjustments, there isn't much you can do to adjust the ride quality. If you have adjustable coilovers, you can change the adjustment knob on the top of the strut to change how they feel over bumpers.
