Man I thank you for this video truly means a a lot because I currently Drive yard jockey in a facility and sometimes we have over-the-road drivers who come in and they have incident with their airlines and this video will definitely help me help them should they ask for my assistance. Videos like this make a world of difference because I truly like to help my fellow drivers if they get in a jam👍

I don’t know what people are bitching about in the comments saying to get new lines. If the air isn’t leaking then the lines then they are fine.

What if it's a rubber hose also are you working containers out of Chicago ? I see you have those House of Trucks mudflaps

Rio Goldenarms if the rubber hoses I think you need those little brass rings to adjust the hoses go there just plastic and heat you're in Chicago so it's pretty cold out there a nice little torture probably help out a lot

He wouldn't have been able to do that if it was the red line. Blue isn't the line that holds all the PSI.

There is supposed to be a crimp ring on the hose to fix it onto the barbs of the connector. Gates makes a special tool for fitting the ends onto the hoses.

Sorry it took so long to respond but I had their plastic hoses so they open you know how it is with wig welding you know you get something hot and you touch a plastic in the plastic with mold so on so forth they didn't have the cords and I'm so it was easy to mount the Glad hand to it as self-explanatory type of deal thank you for your time to comment

Andrew Wilson thats what i need i just did my rubber hose and it was good until i jad yo shove the hose back into the nut and screw it back onto the gladhand its not leaking air, amd i can run but the nut eith the hose shoved in it can be loosened by hand and the hose can definately go further in. Good enoughbto last me till i get back to the shop but id like to fix it amd be confident it will be a while before it wver happens again.

Exactly, there is a ring that gets crimped around that fitting, and that particular hose, even though its coil spring, its pretty much the same as Pex line.

Keep making the line shorter and it will kink quicker and quicker. I just had my service line fail at 948,000 miles. Just spend the 60 bucks and buy a new set from parker.

I've been driving for 34 years, there's nothing strange about having a torch in the truck. And I wouldn't try that method with the red line, that's just me. Thanks for the vid though, I see a lot of drivers mess up their air lines just to call road service SMH.

This is only a piece of constructive criticism. There's a good chance that this is a good and informative video, but less than 15 seconds in and you've dropped 2 'f' bombs and as 's'. Come on, man! Expand your vocabulary beyond 4 letter words, please.
