Thanks man! I struggle cause my biceps are hyper responders and my forearms are super stubborn. I feel like a reverse popeye. I’m going to try and focus on forearms for the next couple years.

I found that doing wrist curls. A wirst wrench with a strap, normal thin handle full range and a fatgrip on the handle all target my forearm differently. For example Bicepcurls supinated, Strict hammer curl bar (Amazing target) and reverse curl, all are elbowflexors that work together. But i still found that "Isolation" like a hammee curl. Really isolates it makes a huge difference in what is pumped. And i think its the same with wirst curls the normal handle always gives me a pump on the lower part of the forearm near the elbow. And a Fatgrip curl really hits my wrist area. Tha muscle goes quite far on my forearm. Perhaps its genetics but my "Wrist" simply gets bigger by doing this. The pump.is insane. I cant wrap my fingers and touch after a pump just under the wrist bone. So I can actually make my wrists bigger through Wrist curls. Its very strange Its like the muscle goes all the way to Just under the "Wrist"

Pronation, rising, bicep, wrist. I don't do 1 rep max work. I get that work during practice and events and stuff. But my every day weight I'm in the 65-85lb range on all my lifts. I don't lift super heavy.

I wanted to ask whether our bones can get thicker past 18 years of age because I am 20 As of now
@DevexTRE

most likely not, but hands and wrist will get thicker with the years. Do you think all the old men in their 60s had the same hands and wrist when they were 18?

They actually DO get bigger. After your growth plates close your bones stop lengthening en the growth goes into bone thickening. BUT the rate is way slower than during the lengthening during puberty and before because the hormones drop after puberty. But your wrist DO get thicker evey day. But it takes a decade to notice a difference. So after 30 years you have those working man wristst. And then there also is wolfslaw and genetics. But if you measure now. And thirty years later your bones will defenitly be thicker. Regardless of fat percentage. But forget wanting a bigger wrist you should train your pronation 24/7 🔥

a little tip , basically u gotta say the whole videos content in the first minute and then explain how to achive it..... for example , say how to get bigger wrist and explain how u get it in the first 1 minute, or a little more. and then tell us what to do then show us how to do and then tell us how long it will take and the pros and cons and stuff which we should know.... keep the boring stuff for the end

That's not sustainable for me. I have a full time job and train full time for my sport. So I'm just going to push record, talk, then post it. I'm sorry that my content is so boring. I'm a very boring person. Thank you for the tip, brother.
