In my opinion, I believe the state in which you’re in will influence that decision. Can’t see this happening in California too much.

Scheduled daily prospecting for fsbo Set 2 appt a day Craigslist, redx, 5am gym, revenue generation, revenue servicing, No BS FSBO script - 10 fsbo appt a week Sell the face to face meetup Vacant rental - not making income - leverage - motivation. Pocket listing - exclusive listing - multiple listing Earn trust, respect and business. Lead follow up #1- our job is servicing - be in top of mind Monday follow ups - Wednesday video emails - Friday text Builders course Keep making calls + setting appointments Work will build the brand

I’m a new agent so forgive my ignorance, but how do you convince them to do a pocket listing? Is a pocket listing where you find the buyer without an agent for their listing? Isn’t that then just you being a buyers agent? Sorry I’m so confused haha

@@jakey7813 What I mean is Most people dont have the funds, and what you get for the amount of money you are spending is not very nice in comparison to other places for example Texas which can get you a beautiful mansion for like 300K. The average person living in Vancouver will be doomed to Rent forever. To survive in Vancouver you need to be making atleast 100K Minimum just to survive.
