How to Grill Crispy Chicken Wings on a PK Grill seasoned with Garlic Parmesan Wings. Get the PK Grill Set up for 2 zone coking with direct high heat and a second zone with no charcoal and in direct heat. Cook until Chicken Wings hit an internal temperature of 155-160. Then sear off over direct heat to get the crispy chicken skin and crispy Chicken Wings. Then you dunk in the glorious Garlic Parmesan sauce and top with Parmesan cheese and Parsley.
