Handstands are an integral part of the yoga practice (and are common in other methods such as gymnastics, fitness, CrossFit, and more).
But they’re very challenging and hard to achieve without any previous preparation and a gradual learning process.
This video is a workout made of 8 progression exercises.
Some of the exercises are meant to work on embodying the correct handstand alignment, and some are intended to strengthen the shoulder muscles. Or both :)
