This video discusses some methods you can use to boost your energy levels, from effective supplements, to breathing techniques, to exercises, to working better with your natural chronotype. Many of us lack energy and find we can't accomplish everything we want to because we're exhausted come the end of the day. In this video, I discuss some potential solutions to that which could help boost your performance and help you to do more in a day. Since following some of these strategies, I've been arriving at the gym brimming with energy and have been far more productive well into the later hours of the day.
