If you want to increase your strength and the time you can hold a plank, I've discovered an incredible way to do that and it isn't just doing it every day, it's adding one second a day! It seems so small but small things add up. I've increased my plank from barely being able to hold a minute to One Minute and 40 Seconds in 40 days! And you can do it too! Adding one second a day is barely noticeable, until it is. If I can do it, you can do it! Give it a try and let me know how it goes!
