I'm keeping it short! All videos will be right around 10 minutes. From a dance, yoga and stunt background, I will be bringing you a little of everything. We'll get strength training, balance, stretching and cardio. There are playlists for you to search for what you are seeking and do a workout on it's own or add it to something else.
