Thank you, hurting here. I'm taking baby steps and asking for case mgmt. I like the puzzles...celebrate milestone. Celebrate the sedatives I no longer need thanks to KZitem and irl. The awakenings milestones changes takes away ego, pride, anger to resonate with healing resources, therapy, meds, listening, learning, applying, education... existential dread creeps in and i say, no, everyone and everything matters. Everything is a good work in progressa new decade I think will be good.

Dear soul, I have so many failures. But I still keep plowing ahead. You see, in my mind I will succeed. Of course, I evaluate every step i take. And, I never give up. Yes I still screw up, but I have a goal in front of me... Smiles

It really has to turn into a "Love the process" vs "Love the outcome" mindset. I've been struggling with it, and some weeks are better than others, but the trend is definitely on the up and up! Thanks for the content 🙌

Relatable. Sadly the damage is already done by the culture. 1 thing is to KNOW, other - to FEEL. It takes time to change years of constant programming, especially if it is reinforced by environment. That is why daily cognitive behavioral therapy might help. Also playing QUALITATIVE mental health games (I even try to make them as a hobby).

There's also the sunk cost fallacy where people believe that they've spent so much time and often money on a goal that they cant give up on it and keep digging the hole their in deeper.

I liked the mentality expressed in this video's title so I clicked. I was honestly expecting this to be yet anopther cheesy motivational video without much useful info or new persepctive, but I was pleasantly surprised to see I was wrong; This was actually veyr insightful.

Enjoying failure as a learning experience strikes me as a game of candy land or chutes and ladders. Progress-progress- back to the beginning. There is a reason adults don't like these board games. Even less when it's real life.

I launched my KZitem channel 10/4/21 and have given myself 3 months to learn as much as I can, develop and film good content, and reach out to everyone I know (and very known) to promote it. It’s a slow go but I refuse to fixate on the numbers (although I track them) and measure my learning, filming, and promoting. One thing I’m really not doing is to celebrate…so I’m going g to add that in. I just reached 2000 views and that’s worth something, is t it? Thanks for the great advice.

Nope, never had a goal like that where I felt like I wasn't seeing results. Have had lots of goals where it felt like I was making good progress, but then started to get bogged down with things becoming unmanageable and out of control and everything turned to crap, though. Maybe you could do a video on how to deal with that.
