I had my second baby just a month ago, I feel I really need this! Thank you! The movement you taught is easy to follow! I will try keep up with this to heal my tummy muscle separation! By the way it is just amazing to see your body shape that good!
Hopefully starting this at my 3 months postpartum still works. I finally healed enough. Although I’m having trouble finding my my ab separation. This is a nice workout to get back into a grove!

@@mariacheng4226 I am not sure beacuse I became pregnant again. 😅 I will try it out again. But my ab separation is really bad. How is yours?

@@tamagosan can't do the core exercises properly . Overstretched... Need to attend physio for accupuncture to relieve tension
