Dried ingredient:
• 420g All purpose flour
• 225g g granulated sugar
• 1 tbsp lemon zest
• 1 packet baking powder (15g)
• pinch of salt
• 6 eggs
•500g Fresh apricot
• 150ml oil
• 300g Greek Jogurt
Bake At 170 degrees C for 20 to 25 minutes
