These two are in the zone. They look like mad sound scientists enjoying every second of the electronic cacophony.. Totally grabbing sounds from every unorthodox corner and compiled into one tasty noisy jam and repeat. Pure creativity at work... Love this!

2 kinds of people here those who will not like the sounds, and wonder why they are famous, but cant wonder why theyre in no better position, and those who will be inspired by the fact that there's some bro's doing what they love for the sake o the fact that they love making sounds and putting them together

Both types are ignorant. The first is narrow-minded. The second is forgetting that Mouse on Mars is actually really good at writing melody as well. I see too many people starting to "make sounds" (noise) by thinking they're being "creative". But they can't write a melody for shit. Mouse on Mars can.

I am just at awe at how these two can take random sounds and turn them into rhythmic and melodic tunes.. They are not just making noise for the sake of being noisy.. They are making brief pieces of melodious clangor..

In case anyone is wondering what kind of small desktop speakers they are using (can be seen sitting on desk during the first couple of songs) they are Syrincs M3-220 DT . Don't know about sound quality of those, but considering they are using them among pro gear they are at least not total piece of garbage.
@ohmydever
9 жыл бұрын
It is pretty likely that they are total garbage (at least in comparison to their main near-field and reference monitors) hahaha, low quality speakers are often used during mixing as a reference to the standard of speakers that the majority of listeners will be using :)

What is considered music is a subjective sport. Just ask Karlheinz Stockhausen. although this is very abstract music it is still music.

YOU REALLY CAN, you just have to like what your making and doing, for yourself and not the sake of others, cause then it would be a lame ass job, thats why a lot of people can become famous. you see the video, its not about the quality or how it doesnt sound like anything else youve heard that you like or if anyone will like it, its the fact that they themselves like what there doing and probably making

I don't know if I'm watching a fucken train wreck in motion, or a genius concept. some of the sound creation/design methods were great and inspiring, but the result was a train wreck, regardless of what genre you're into. Was worth watching nonetheless, but one was enough for me lol.

Yea well this is random improv, that's how it is. If you want to hear the really curated stuff, that's what their actual records are for, and they are excellent by the way.
