Perfect Whiskey Sour Recipie:
1 Egg White
.75oz Simple Syrup
.75oz Lemon Juice
1-2 dashes Angostura Bitters
2oz Whiskey
1) Separate your egg white from the yolk into a large tin.
2) Add simple syrup, lemon juice, and whiskey to a small tin.
3) Pour all ingredients into the large tin and seal.
4) Shake first with no ice to combine the egg white with the liquid. Shake for 30-45 seconds.
5) Shake again with ice to chill, only 15-20 seconds.
6) Strain into your coupe glass.
7) Let froth settle, and when it is ready, lightly add the two dashes on angostura bitters to the top.
8) Serve and enjoy!
