Ingredient
• Brown Sugar ----150gm
• Unsalted Butter ---- 50 gm
• Cream ----- 100 gm
• Salt ---- a pinch
Method
• Take heavy bottom pan if you have or take normal pan.
• Put Brown Sugar 100 gm in the Pan
• Turn on the heat
• Add little water and cook the sugar
• Cook till the water Evaporates and the sugar syrup start to become thick.
• When the sugar start to become thick, turn the flame low.
• Put the unsalted butter 50 gm and keep on stirring for 1 to 2 min.
• Next put Cream 100 gm and mix it nicely
• Add a pinch of salt.
• Cook on a slow flame for 2 to 3 min.
• Turn of the Heat, and let it cool down.
• Butterscotch sauce is ready
• Put in a clean Jar and then in the refrigerator can stay for 3 to 4 weeks
• Use for ice-cream making, cakes, Milkshakes
