25g…powder sugar
17g…egg yolk
15g…almond powder
100g…Flour
① Cream the room temperature butter and add powdered sugar.
② Add the egg yolk and mix until the mixture is homogeneous.
③ Sift almond flour and soft flour onto the above.
Mix the powder in a cutting motion to make it crumbly.
④Place in a 18cm tart mold and shape into a tart shape.
Let it rest in the refrigerator for about 1 hour
