Egg yolk 58 g
Vegetable Oil 58 g
Milk 71g
Sugar 85 g
Vanilla extract 5 g
Cake flour 124 g
A pinch of salt
Baking powder 3 g
Egg white 117g
Sugar 58 g
Set the 180 celcius degrees 360 F
Prepare the baking mold
First mix egg yolks vegetable oil milk vanilia extract and sugar in a bowl.
Shift the dry ingredients and mix it with the egg yolk batter
Start whipping the egg whites and add the sugar slowly make a medium peak meringue
Fold the meringue into batter gradually
Pour the cake batter into the mold
Bake in a preheated oven for 55 to 60 min
After baking, take the cake on to cooling rack up side down
After cooling down unmold it
Its ready!
You can use this cake for layer cakes. Birthday cakes. Tea time treats.
