My wife and daughter introduced me to this dish about 4 yrs ago....been ordering it every time we eat at our local tepenyaki restaurant. Now i'll make it at home...seems simple enough.

Thanks for watching! You eat only the beans (not the shell). You squeeze the beans out with the shell in your mouth so you get all of the flavor. Hope you enjoy!

Thank you for the receipt. Is it ok to use butter instead of oil or does it ruin the taste :) ı ate once in my life, 1 year ago, it was tasty and rememberinh a butter taste, if i'm not wrong?

The edamame should cooked first or it is raw edamame put in the pan?

Hello, the edamame should be raw when putting them in the pan. If you have frozen edamame they can still go directly in the pan. Thanks... hope you enjoy!

You can use mince garlic prebought and not chop your own from fresh garlic cloves.
