INGREDIENTS:
DOUGH~
- 70g water (80F)
- 70g milk (80F)
- 300g bread/AP flour
- 6g instant dry yeast
- 5g salt
- 40g sugar
- 1 egg
- 40g unsalted butter at room temperature
- 10 sausages
proof 1 hour - divide into 10 pieces and preshape (round) - rest 15 minutes - shape sausage bread - proof 1 hour
TOPPING~
- 200g corn
-200g mozzarella cheese
- 60g mayonnaise
- extra mayo and ketchup for topping
- dried basil
Bake at 350F for 12-15 minutes.
