Crispy gau gee is a glorified won ton with more filling, folded in half and deep fried. It is so crunchy and delicious and can be dipped in a variety of sauces such as: soy sauce, soy paste, vinegar soy mix, oyster sauce, kochujang (Korean hot chili bean paste) or any other sauces with sesame oil, green onions, etc. It usually accompanies various Chinese fried noodle dishes or eaten as a snack or side dish.
