How can I marinate my tofu if I want to bread my tofu in lemon pepper breading (my mom used the breading on fish while growing up and I would like that with the tofu)

I’d marinate just like the video and pull it out and roll it in your breading. You can fry it afterwards and get a lovely texture. If you have trouble getting the breading to stick you can use Bob's Red Mill Egg Replacer to create a sticky coating or, if you can’t find it try some soy milk with corn starch to dip the tofu in after you marinade to get a nice sticky coating to get the breading to stick. Then you can fry it bake.
