How to make crockpot Rotel dip. Great holiday appetizer.
Ingredients:
1 lbs of ground beef
1 8 oz block of cream cheese
2 10 oz cans mild rotel
1 1/2 cups velvetta sharp cheddar cheese shredded
1 1/2 cups Mexican cheese blend by Kraft
1 1/2 cups of Half & Half milk
Seasoning, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder , beef bouillon is optional.

Crockpot
Skillet
Spoon for stirring
Cook in crockpot for two hours on high . Mix at least 3 times while cooking. If it is too thick for your liking add more milk or chicken broth.
