What you will need:
A blender or a food processor
Almond flour, or any gluten free flour of your choice ( I do not recommend all purpose gluten free flour)
Parmesan cheese - or any cheese of choice
Pink Himalayan sea salt, Celtic salt, a good quality salt.
Fresh rosemary, or you can use dry herbs, anything that you prefer you can even add garlic powder and or onion powder. I just like fresh
Water
Parchment paper
Start preheating oven to 350
Mix together one cup of flour 1 cup of cheese, a tablespoon of your fresh herbs. If you add onion powder half a teaspoon each half a teaspoon salt and 2 tablespoons of water blend well if it's too crumbly add another tablespoons of water, it should form into a dough place between two pieces of parchment paper. And roll out a 1/4 thick sheet. You can cut strips squares or you can leave whole. Bake for 12 minutes or until golden. Cool completely and break into pieces. Store in an airtight container  for up to a week but I promise they will be gone in two days.
