INGREDIENTS:
For making the Special Sauce :
- Tomato Purée - 3 tbsp
- Sugar - 1 tbsp
- Soya Sauce - 1 tbsp
- Sweet Chilli Sauce - 1 tbsp
- Tomato Ketchup or Tomato sauce - 1 tbsp
For Making Mince Bolognese:
- Oil - 3 tbsp
- Cumin Seeds - ½ tsp
- Curry Leaves
- Medium Onions - 3
- Salt to Taste
- Ginger + Garlic Paste - 2 tsp
- Green Chillies - 3
- Green Pepper - ½
- Medium Tomato - 2
- Crushed Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander Powder - 2 tsp
- Cumin Powder - 1 tsp
- Garam Masala - 1 tsp
- Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric Powder - ½ tsp
- All Purpose Seasoning - 1 tsp
- Water - 400ml
- Oregano - 1 tsp
- Coriander Leaves - 2 handfuls
- White Pepper - 1 tsp
- Quorn Mince - 350g
- Chives
For Making Spaghetti :
- Spaghetti - 1 Pack (500g)
- Salt - 3 tbsp
- Olive Oil - 2 tbsp
- Water - 4 Litres
