Thank you for the recipe I was fermenting today (only my second try at it) and found your video. I am trying to get turmeric in my husband's diet and when I taste tested they are fantastic already.

I'm going to give these a try. What is the brand of the half gallon jar & air lock lid that you used in this video.
Erica, would it be possible to make this with pearl onions and cauliflower like the chow chow pickles? Maybe you have a recipe for chow chow pickles including the cucumbers ?

Hi Erica. Should I open the jar every day to release CO2 if I use a regular jar without an airlock? Thank you in advance.

If it needs more water do you add plain water or do you add salt water
@FarmSteady
4 жыл бұрын
Because you've already salted the onions you can just add plain water to top it off.
