For : Rice Balls
1 cup glutinous rice flour with 2-3 Tbsp extra
1/2 cup water
2 Tbs sugar
purple gel food coloring( optional)

1 large size sweet potatoes, diced
2 Taro ,diced
2-3 ripe banana saba or plantain
1 cup tapioca pearls
4 cups water
1 can coconut cream
1 can coconut milk
1/2-1 tsp Ube extract or you can use anise or vanilla extract
5 Tbsp sugar or more or less depending on your desired sweetness
purple good gel coloring.
