Dang! That base of garlic, olive oil & sausage looked good enough to eat tossed with pasta so I know that soups GOOD!

Even before I saw "Utica" on your T shirt I knew you were from Upstate NY, that's a cool little twang in your accent, I am from Buffalo originally and could pick it up right away. Loved the recipe and technique. I always wondered what kind of greens to use, I guess it's escarole.....and always wondered if I should rinse the beans first, I see you added them right from the can so I guess don't rinse them.....so making this dish in the upcoming fall when the weather cools....also, I have friends that make it and nobody puts Italian sausage in it...I'm trying it that way.....seems like it would be heartier.....thanks for the video...

Heaven!!....how about using broth instead of the white wine?...also, how long to cook after adding the broth at the end??🤔😉
