Ingredients
• 1 lb pork, cut into 2 inch and about 1/2 inch thick
• 5 cloves garlic - sliced or crushed
• 1/2 cup soy sauce
• 2 cups pineapple juice
• 2 Tbsp brown sugar
• 1 Tsp pepper corn
• 1 Tsp salt
• 1 cup pineapple chunks
Instructions
1. Mix all the ingredients in a pot (except for the pork and pineapple chunks), stir until salt and sugar are dissolved
2. Place the pork in the pot with the liquid mixture and bring to boil over high heat
3. Turn down to low heat once it starts to boil, cover with a lid
4. Let it boil for 40 to 50 minutes until the sauce has thickened
5. Serve hot with steamed rice.
